Job summary

Capability Scotland is seeking experienced social care professionals in Perth to support adults with complex disabilities in day centre and community settings. The role involves medication assistance, personal care, and helping individuals engage in activities in a welcoming hub and local community.

Qualifications

• Past work history in day centres or community adult care support.
• Experience with adults with Autism, Brain Injury, Epilepsy or Cerebral Palsy.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with complex disabilities at the day centre and in the community.
• Assist with medication, personal care and mealtimes.
• Enable independent living and participation in social activities.
• Facilitate outings such as theatre or cinema visits.
