Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving License (compulsory).
• Flexibility to cover day and night shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine for the people we support.
• Encourage independence and help them live a fulfilling life.
• Support personal development through hobbies and interests.
• Assist with health care needs, accompany to routine appointments or administer medication.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assist with personal care as required.
• Help with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Provide guidance and emotional support.
