Job summary

Changing Lives is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Abbott House in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will work with clients one-to-one, helping identify needs and agreeing on how best to meet them. Training on all aspects of the role and regular reflective practice will be provided.

Our project operates on a rolling rota schedule; flexibility is essential to ensure uninterrupted support. You will join a committed team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to people facing complex challenges.
