Job summary

Lifeways Group in Mansfield is seeking a Full-Time Support Worker to assist adults with complex needs in their home and community. You’ll provide person-centred support, promote independence, dignity and choice, and work closely with families, colleagues and professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role.
• Background in mental health, complex needs, or behavioural support.
• Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a genuine passion for helping others thrive.
• Ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships.
