Job summary

Lifeways Group, Bradford, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals live more independently and participate in community activities. You will join a close-knit team providing person-centred support to young adults with autism, learning difficulties, or complex needs.

Role involves enabling everyday choices with dignity and respect, within a supportive environment that values progression and training opportunities.
