We Change Lives is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Creative Care - Leicester Complex Care Service in Leicester. The role involves delivering person-centred care to adults with complex needs, providing personal care, and supporting daily activities within a warm, adapted living environment.

You will work under the Service Manager, applying Positive Behaviour Support and safeguarding principles while helping residents achieve meaningful outcomes and maintain independence.

Qualifications

• A recognised health or social care qualification.
• Experience in care is welcome; full training is provided.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to residents.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Follow support plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the team.
