iBC Healthcare in Leicester is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist vulnerable adults with complex needs in a residential setting. You will provide person-centred care, practical support, and help individuals access community activities.

The role is full-time (33 hours) with day shifts, offering competitive pay and opportunities for training and progression within our services.

Qualifications

• Experience within the care industry or equivalent is essential.
• Experience supporting people with mental health conditions and complex needs.
• Ability to multi-task with strong time management and flexibility.
• Good communication and a compassionate, positive personality.
• Team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support people with disabilities using person-centred approaches to achieve outcomes.
• Assist with medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
• Provide emotional and practical support and enable community access.
• Build relationships to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Help people learn new skills and pursue hobbies.
