We Change Lives, via Creative Care - Leicester Complex Care Service, is seeking a Support Worker to join our Leicester team. In this day-shift role you will support adults with complex needs, with driving forming a regular part of daily duties; a Full UK/Irish driving licence held for over two years is essential.

Formación

• Must have full UK/Irish driving licence held for more than 2 years.
• Hours per week: 28–42.
• Location: Leicester.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support to residents as part of a day-to-day care plan.
• Maintain accurate written reports and liaise with the Service Manager.
• Follow care plans, safeguarding policies and organisational guidelines.
