A part-time complex care support worker post with Claimont Health, an independent CQC-registered provider of mental health care delivered in people's homes. The work is one-to-one support for clients with complex needs, on live-in or home-visit shifts, including helping them take part in community activities and their own progression. The team has few clients in this area, and experience with children or young adults with autism is particularly welcome. Fit depends on holding a UK driving licence and having access to a car, and the post requires an enhanced DBS check.
