Job summary

Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is seeking experienced care professionals to join its specialist Complex Care Team. You will support clients with complex needs, including spinal injury care and intensive clinical interventions, across multiple sites. Mileage is reimbursed and a fully funded Enhanced DBS is provided.

The role offers guaranteed hours after probation and ongoing clinical training. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Routes Healthcare is expanding its dedicated Complex Care Team and is looking for compassionate, experienced care professionals to support clients with complex healthcare needs.

This is far more than standard domiciliary care. You'll work within a specialist team, delivering advanced clinical support and making a real difference to people's lives every day.

The Role

You will provide care and support to clients with complex needs across multiple locations, including:

• Spinal injury care
• Complex clinical interventions
• Personal care and daily living support

You will travel throughout the region, with mileage fully reimbursed, while benefiting from 24/7 support from our experienced clinical and on-call teams.
