Job summary

Active Prospects is recruiting a Support Worker for our Caterham service (CR5). The role is full-time and involves helping people with autism, learning disabilities and complex care needs to achieve their goals in a supportive environment.

You will be involved in empowerment, active support and risk-taking decisions, with a focus on promoting independence and well-being. A full induction is provided, and the employer is a Disability Confident participant.

Salary:£14.10 per hour

The role is about supporting people to lead a gloriously ordinary life full of opportunity, fun and helping people to reach their goals and aspirations. The role can be tough, you will need to be adaptable, flexible, mature and be able to support our people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking.

Active Prospects is recruiting for Support Workers to join our Active Prospects at our service in Caterham.
