M&D Care Limited is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join Residential Services across South Wales. You will assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional support needs to live fulfilling, independent lives in a supportive home environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional support needs in residential settings
• Promote independence and daily living skills
• Encourage participation in hobbies and community activities
• Assist with personal care and medication administration as required
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with families and healthcare professionals
