Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Edgware to provide person-centred support for three gentlemen, enabling them to live life their way. You will assist with daily activities, personal care and mobility, and help them access hobbies in the community.

Shifts run 8am–10pm, with opportunities for career progression and a supportive team environment within a values-driven charity.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with mobility needs.
• Willingness to work long shifts 8am–10pm.
• Ability to follow detailed support plans and routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support promoting choice, independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and health needs; assist with meals per SALT guidance.
• Help service users access hobbies and community activities and participate in interests.
