We seek calm, patient, hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition who are eager to join our care team. While experience is preferred, it is not essential; the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard within a positive behavioural support setting is key.

You should have the maturity to work within a positive behaviour support framework, accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner. Ability to follow guidelines and work well within a supportive team is essential. Flexibility to cover various shifts, including days, nights, sleep-ins, and waking watches, is required due to the 24/7 nature of our care services. We will consider your availability when assigning shifts.

Previous experience and relevant qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory, as full training, including online e-learning, is provided through our preferred training academy.

This role offers the opportunity to undertake responsibilities as a Support Worker/Care Assistant, enabling you to collaborate with individuals and their support networks to promote happiness, health, and success. Our person-centred planning involves co-producing goals with individuals and their families, fostering a unified approach to care.
