We are seeking calm, patient, and hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition to join our care team. You will be expected to provide high-standard care to residents, ensuring they are well-supported. Experience is preferred but not essential; the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting is key.
You should have the maturity to work within a positive behaviour support framework, accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow in confidence as a practitioner. The role requires following guidelines and working within a supportive team ethos.
Previous experience and relevant qualifications are preferred but not mandatory, as full training including online e-learning is provided through our training academy.
Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include days, nights, sleep-ins, and waking watches. Our services operate 24/7, and we will try to accommodate your availability.
