Job summary

You will work full-time, part-time, or bank shifts and contribute to developing skills, routines, and community engagement while maintaining safeguarding and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Essential 6 month or more experience of working in the care sector within the UK.
• Experience in supported living or social care is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Good safeguarding awareness and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Providing practical, emotional and social support to residents.
• Supporting residents with daily living skills (cooking, budgeting, cleaning, accommodation).
• Encouraging independence and positive decision-making.
• Supporting residents to develop healthy routines and relationships.
• Working with individual support plans and risk assessments.
• Maintaining accurate records and case notes.
