Lifeways Dartford is seeking a Care Support Worker to join our dedicated Dartford team, supporting young adults with complex needs. Your role includes assisting with personal care and daily routines, promoting independence, and encouraging community involvement.

Training is provided; applicants who can drive and have access to a vehicle are preferred. Shifts cover mornings and evenings, with overtime opportunities and a strong focus on wellbeing and supportive teamwork.

Care Support Worker – Lifeways Dartford

£13.45 per hour | 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 7:30am–3:00pm / 3:00pm–10:30pm | Monday to Sunday
