Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Bangor, offering 24hr care rotas and various shift patterns. You will assist with daily activities, provide emotional support, and help individuals with learning disabilities engage in meaningful routines.

Applicants should be flexible, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships. Registration with NISCC and an enhanced Access NI check are required; right to work in the UK without sponsorship is necessary.

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
