You will receive full training, including specialist clinical tasks, to deliver safe, high-quality care while promoting independence and community participation.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training provided in role.
• Ability to work as part of a team to support multiple individuals.
• Comfortable learning new clinical and supportive skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist five autistic people and those with learning disabilities with daily routines and activities.
• Provide personal care, medication support, and help with clinical needs.
• Help develop life skills such as cooking and home management.
• Follow person-centred plans and encourage independence and community engagement.
