A leading company in South Wales is seeking dedicated Support Workers to aid individuals with learning disabilities in achieving their goals. This role involves providing practical and emotional support while promoting health and well-being. Ideal candidates will demonstrate compassion, adaptability, and excellent communication, and will hold or be pursuing a relevant NVQ qualification.
About The Role
We are looking for full-time and part-time Support Workers who care about making every moment matter for the people we support. We support people with learning disabilities in our supported living services in Llanelli.
Job title: Support Worker
Hours:37.5 hours per week, working across day and night shifts on a rota basis
Shifts cover:days & nights
Location:Llanelli (SA14 & SA15 areas)

Are you enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to supporting people in a way which respects their dignity?
You will need to be adaptable, flexible, with excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of our team. In addition:
