About The Role
Whilst fully embracing the company ethos, support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live.
Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You will be required to undergo relevant pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS check. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

About The Service
Swanton Care and Community West and South Wales provide support to 10 supported living homes, all of which are individual and have different needs of support.
Each house supports people with challenging health needs such as mental health, autism, ADHD, and complex needs.
