Job summary

Shift Times: 0700 to 14.30; 0700 to 1600; 14.30 to 2100; 1600 to 2100; 2100 to 0700

Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have 6 monthsexperience as a Support Worker

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Support Worker to join a service located in New Milton, supporting adult services.

This role is suitable for candidates commuting from New Milton and surrounds.

As an experienced Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards ofclinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance, while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with service values and evidence-based practice.
