Job summary

LET Recruitment's client, a well established Supported Living service for adults with lifelong disabilities in Poole & Bournemouth, is hiring compassionate Support Workers to provide physical, social and emotional support to service users. You will help individuals with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs, follow care plans, assist with personal care and, where trained, administer medication.

An Enhanced DBS check is required, and you will complete mandatory training.

Qualifications

Our client an established & welcoming Supported Living service for Adults with Life Long Disabilities are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join their friendly and professional team to provide physical, social and emotional support to service users in the Poole & Bournemouth areas.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall well‑being & independence.

Our team of Support Workers provide support to service users who have Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities and more complex needs with their daily routines to live the best lives possible.

This role requires staff to:

• You will be expected to provide an excellent level of support and care
• Assist/administer medication in line with company policy and training
• Work shifts in line with your rota schedule to fulfil your contract.
