Job summary

LET Recruitment's client, a well established Supported Living service for adults with lifelong disabilities in Poole & Bournemouth, is hiring compassionate Support Workers to provide physical, social and emotional support to service users. You will help individuals with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs, follow care plans, assist with personal care and, where trained, administer medication.

An Enhanced DBS check is required, and you will complete mandatory training.

Qualifications

• Caring and dedicated with empathy.
• Ability to follow policies and training.
• Attend all training courses and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support and care to service users.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Assist/administer medication in line with policy and training.
