Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Poole to help individuals gain independence and participate in daily activities within a supportive team. The role involves personal care, community engagement and facilitating life skills, with shift patterns including daytime and some sleep-in arrangements.

Applicants should have a full UK driving license, be resilient and flexible. DBS checks and references will be completed for all offers, and some roles may require gender-specific

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in their daily lives within a dynamic team.
• Assist with personal care and encourage access to local communities, socialising and activities.
• Work towards goals such as cooking dinner independently or going on holiday.

Job description

Support Worker – Poole - £13.28ph

Typical Shifts are: 10am - 10pm, 3pm - 10pm, 7am - 6pm, 10am - 3pm including every other weekends and sleep-in shifts.
