Job summary

Avenues Group in Sevenoaks is seeking caring Support Workers to join our friendly team at a residential service supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities, epilepsy, communication needs and end-of-life care.

You will help people access appointments, activities and the local community, and you’ll need a full UK driving licence to drive service vehicles. The role is full-time and based on-site in Sevenoaks.

We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Sevenoaks, supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy, communication needs and those receiving end-of-life care within a residential service.

Conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Sevenoaks railway station, the service provides personalised, person-centred support to help people live as independently as possible while achieving their goals and enjoying meaningful lives.
