Job summary

Radis Community Care is recruiting to a full-time Care Assistant/Support Worker role based at Willow Gardens in Chipping Norton (OX7). The role focuses on supporting residents to maintain independence and dignity within their own flats and caring for their daily needs.

Shift times include 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-7am with alternate weekends. Sponsorship cannot be offered for this position at present.

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing and daily hygiene.
• Support residents to maintain independence and dignity.
• Encourage engagement in social and recreational activities.
