Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker for 20 hours per week in Preston (PR3). This part-time, temp-to-perm role involves supporting children aged 8 to 18 with Autism Spectrum and complex needs in a newly established residential setting.

You will help with routines, activities, and skill development to promote independence. The position offers on-site shifts, potential overtime and sleep-ins, and a supportive leadership team with ongoing development.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence.
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people with complex needs.
• No specific qualifications are required, but a caring attitude and commitment are essential.
• Willingness to undertake DBS and reference checks in line with government regulations.

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Residential Support Worker (20 hours) to join our team supporting the development and well-being of children aged 8 to 18 years with Autism Spectrum and complex needs.
