Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker in the Preston area to provide compassionate 1:1 or 2:1 support for children with autism and SEN. The role involves personal care, daily living activities, and implementing tailored care plans in residential homes.

You will join a leading specialist provider and help young people gain independence while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. DBS update service is preferred and UK right to work is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support to children, including those with challenging behaviours.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.

• Ensure a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for all residents.

Hours - part-time and full-time available on both days and nights

Requirements

• Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and nights
