Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a caring Support Worker to help two tenants and to provide 1:1 support across day and night shifts. The role involves personal care, medication administration, home management, and supporting daily activities.

A driving license is needed for daytime shifts, and all applicants are welcomed regardless of background. The position offers 18 hours per week on a part-time basis with guaranteed shifts and a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to individuals.
