Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Coalville is looking for passionate, flexible care staff to provide person-centred support in a 1:1 setting. You will work full-time (37.5 hours) with training provided, delivering compassionate care to individuals in a single location.

Shifts include nights and days, with full flexibility required to cover a rota. The role involves assisting with mobility and daily living tasks, including using equipment such as hoists and wheels chair transfers.

Qualifications

• Full training provided to support individuals.
• A reasonable level of fitness is required for mobility tasks.
• Fully flexible staff needed to cover a rota with varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Staff are trained in Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam, plus moving and positioning techniques.
• Some colleagues use wheelchairs and require transfers using hoists or equipment.
• You will work as part of a dedicated team, building genuine connections with the person you support.
