Riverbank is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join the team.This is a full time, 37.5 hours role which consists of 3 shifts a week. Our shifts are 12.5 hours long and are between 08:00-20:30 and 20:00-08:30.
Riverbank is located in Hull, in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The service offers residential support for 24 males and females with mental health needs. We are located off a main road leading to the city centre and within walking distance of a beautiful park.
Our team are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to be able to live independently in the community, increasing their quality of life. Riverbank offers a step down service from hospital or locked rehabilitation units and also supports individuals who may require a step up from the community, in cases where more support may be needed to prevent relapse and potential hospital admission.
