Your day-to-day will include: Supporting routines like school, appointments and daily activities Building meaningful, trusting relationships Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills Planning fun and engaging experiences, from outdoor activities to gaming, crafts or days out Keeping accurate records using our digital care systems This isn’t a desk-based role, it’s hands-on, rewarding, and genuinely life-changing.
