Job summary

Branas Isaf (part of CareTech Group) near Worcester is seeking a Residential Support Worker to support children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a therapeutic, empowering setting.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team, build trusting relationships, and help with school routines, activities, and life skills while keeping detailed digital records. No prior experience required—full training provided and opportunities for progression.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as part of rota
• Full UK manual driving licence required

What we’re looking for You don’t need previous care experience, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
