You’ll work as part of a supportive team, build trusting relationships, and help with school routines, activities, and life skills while keeping detailed digital records. No prior experience required—full training provided and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient approach with young people
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as part of rota
• Full UK manual driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day routines (school, appointments, activities)
• Build trusting relationships with children and young people
• Encourage independence and life skills
• Plan engaging activities including outdoor, crafts, and outings
• Keep accurate records using digital care systems
