Job summary

Calm Futures in Witham, Essex is seeking a caring, reliable Support Worker to help two individuals in their own home live independently. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living tasks, personal care when needed, and promote dignity, choice and safety.

Join a small, friendly team with full training and ongoing development. You will plan activities, accompany appointments and community activities, support medication as required, and help the individuals build confidence

Support Worker – Witham, Essex Make a Real Difference Every Day We are looking for a caring, reliable, and confident Support Worker to join our small team, supporting two individuals in their own home in Witham, Essex. The individuals you will be supporting have learning disabilities and benefit from a consistent team that takes the time to build trusting relationships, understand their needs and preferences, and provide high-quality, person-centred support. This is a highly rewarding role, offering the opportunity to support two kind and outgoing individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. One individual enjoys going for walks, visiting the beach, being creative, and getting involved in DIY activities. The other is passionate about Formula 1 and motorsports, has a great sense of humour, and enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day activities. Every day provides an opportunity to support them in the things they enjoy while making a meaningful difference to their quality of life. As a Support Worker with Calm Futures, you will play an important role in helping people live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
