Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for the Hythe area. You will deliver person-centred care and emotional support across various settings, helping individuals live more independently and build confidence.

Part-time and full-time hours are available, with Flexible Shifts and Same-Day Pay. You’ll access extensive training via FuturU and enjoy national/local discounts. A referral bonus of up to £500 is offered.

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years
• Registration not required in England (SCSS/SCW/NISCC for Scotland/Wales/Northern Ireland)

What you’ll do:

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What you need:

Eligibility to work in the UK

A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years

Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) – not required in England

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
