Job summary

Voyage-Care in Brentwood, Essex is seeking Day and Night Support Workers to help people gain independence in daily living within a residential service. You’ll work in a collaborative team, delivering person-centred support to an amazing group of individuals, with shifts including long days and nights.

The role focuses on teaching life skills, personal care, community engagement and enabling participation in hobbies.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Be resilient, flexible and calm.
  • Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans.
  • Experience supporting individuals with distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories or trauma.

Responsibilities

Day and Night Support Workers
Brentwood, Essex
Pay rate £13.17ph
Typical shifts: Long days, 8am – 10pm - 10pm - 8am
