Voyage Care in Deal is seeking a caring Support Worker to help people gain independence in daily life within a welcoming residential service. You’ll work as part of a dynamic team to support a wonderful group of people.

No prior experience is required; a genuine caring attitude and willingness to learn are valued. The role offers flexible shifts, DBS checks and progression opportunities, with a strong emphasis on making a real difference.

Support Worker – Deal - £12.90

Typical Shifts are: Weekday, Weekends and Sleep ins, Rotas can vary
