Job summary

Voyage Care is looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers at our Deal residential service. You will help people gain more independence in daily life and work with a supportive team to improve quality of life.

Typical shifts include Weekdays, Weekends and Sleep-ins with rotating rosters. The role involves personal care, enabling community access, teaching life skills and encouraging goal‑driven progress.

Support Worker – Deal - £12.90

Typical Shifts are: Weekday, Weekends and Sleep ins, Rotas can vary

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
