Job summary

Voyage Care in Dover is hiring a Support Worker to help people gain independence in daily living. The role involves working across three schemes and varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, to support a fantastic group of people.

You will assist with daily activities, personal care and community access, while encouraging engagement in local activities and outings to improve quality of life.

Job description

Support Worker – Dover - £13.40 ph

Typical Shifts are: Weekday, Weekends and Sleep ins, Rotas can vary

All Support Workers need to be aware that they will be working across x3 Schemes Locations

Our supported living service in Dover is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
