Dimensions Group is seeking a Support Worker in Swansea to provide practical support and encouragement to individuals with learning disabilities and related needs. The role covers daily living support, personal care assistance, and accompanying individuals to activities to promote independence.

About you We are looking for proactive and engaging support workers to join our team in Loughor, supporting gentlemen with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Autism, Downs Syndrome and Dementia.
You will have lots of 'get up and go' about you, as the gentlemen you will be supporting have a real zest for life and they will want you to share their passion for making the most of every day!
