Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Support Worker in Cardiff to provide person-centered support for individuals living in the community. The role includes assisting with daily activities and helping clients access a range of social and recreational activities both at home and in the wider community.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and proactive, willing to support people in engaging with activities such as cycling, cinema trips, gym sessions, and community outings.

Bridgewater Road is currently home to two male and two female individuals we support, and the role would involve helping people lead active, fulfilling lives both at home and in the community.

About you

The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, energetic, and willing to take an active role in supporting people to access a wide range of activities, including:

• Gym sessions
• Cinema trips
