Job summary

OakGar Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a specialist care service in Tunbridge Wells. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting independence and well-being in daily living activities.

The role requires flexibility for day, night and sleep-in shifts, a friendly, patient approach, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. NVQ Level 3 training will be provided and DBS is paid.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning and personal care.
