Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Barnham (Thetford)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, Part Time & Relief

Salary: £12.38 per hour

Additional Information: Full UK driving licence is essential.

As a valued Support Worker with Thera East, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals in achieving their personal goals, aims, and ambitions. The support you provide will vary because everyone is different. Your role may include helping develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, assisting with planning and managing their own homes, and supporting leisure, employment, and travel activities. This role can be fun and rewarding but also challenging and demanding. Support may be provided in clients' homes or out in the community.

  • No previous experience or qualifications required; free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided.
