Job summary

All Care Services is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support older adults in their homes across Maidenhead and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred care, assist with meals, light chores and companionship, helping clients regain independence.

No prior experience required as full training and induction are provided. Travel by car is part of the role, with competitive hourly pay and benefits including paid mileage and training.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements: Drivers with a Full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Good English communication skills.
