Job summary

All Care Limited is seeking Care Assistants to deliver person-centred home care across the Thames Valley, including High Wycombe and nearby towns. You will help older adults maintain independence and live safely at home, with flexible shifts and noted opportunities for guaranteed hours where offered.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided. Travel by car is helpful in this community-based role, with AM/PM shifts to suit availability.

Qualifications

• Care duties include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping.
• Drivers with a full UK licence and access to own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

Salary: £13.10 – £13.27 per hour.Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the High Wycombe area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
