Job summary

All Care Services is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to older adults across the Andover area, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

No experience is required as full training is provided; carers will travel within the local area. A full UK driving licence with own vehicle is preferred to support travel between visits.

Qualifications

• No experience required – full training provided.
• Fully funded NVQ qualifications and Health & Social Care training from day one.
• Travel requirements with UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their homes.
• Personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, shopping and companionship.
