Job summary

All Care Services in Fareham is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to older adults across the Fareham area. The role involves personal care, meal prep, light housework, shopping, and companionship to help clients maintain independence in their homes.

No prior experience is required as full training and induction are provided, with guaranteed hours and a range of shift patterns. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred for home visits in the local area.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements for a community-based role require drivers with a full UK licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not offered.
