Voyage Care in Clacton-on-Sea is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to help people live fulfilling and independent lives. This full-time role involves supporting individuals to gain confidence, develop life skills and achieve personal goals as part of a friendly team.

You don't need extensive experience; your caring nature and positive attitude matter most. A full UK driving licence is required, and training will be provided to work with people with autism, mental health needs and other

As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you'll be supporting people to gain confidence, develop life skills and achieve their personal goals, all while working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Our supported living service in Clacton-on-Sea is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting individuals to build their independence, access their local community, maintain relationships, learn new skills and enjoy activities that are important to them.
