Voyage Care is seeking a Female Night Support Worker for our Clacton-on-Sea service. The role supports individuals to gain independence, with shift hours 8:00pm–8:00am and 36 hours per week. The position is restricted to female applicants due to the specific needs of those supported.
You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, helping with personal care, life skills, and community activities, in a welcoming environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring and hands-on Female Night Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support. As a Support Worker with us, you’ll support individuals to gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team.
Our supported living service in Clacton-on-Sea is welcoming and friendly, with no two days the same. You’ll be supporting people by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to the local community, and taking part in a range of activities. One day you could be out enjoying local bars and pubs, and the next you could be unwinding at home playing video games, watching films, or going to the cinema.
